Are you blaming yourself for past mistakes, are you holding on to perceived failures, are you unwilling or unable to forgive yourself or others. Jesus Christ did not come to condemn you, but to save you. If a sinless Lord can accept you, you should be able to accept yourself. Spend some time thinking about areas of past mistakes that you haven't let go of and, in prayer with the Lord to forgive yourself.
